As a job seeker, you have the
opportunity to book a one-on-one appointment with a WORKFORCE
CENTRAL FLORIDA (WCF) placement specialist or re-employment
specialist.
During this appointment, the specialist will assess your job search
strengths and challenges and will recommend WCF services to help
you improve the success of your job search. The re-employment or
placement specialist will also show you how to use the Employ
Florida Marketplace job search system and review your resume (if
available). You'll leave the interview with a plan for conducting
your job search.

Resume Coaching
Have your resume critiqued by a placement or re-employment
specialist and discover tips and tricks to apply with multiple
resumes in today’s electronic market. Gain access to many
resume resources such as webinars and OptimalResume, which provides
step-by-step instructions to build your resume, cover letter,
portfolio, video resume and a career website.
Advanced Labor Market Information
Ask your staffing specialist about careers, salaries,
training, openings and information customized to what you are
looking for.
Career Scope
Not sure what your next career move should be? Take this

Job Search Coaching & Leads
We’ll help you search for your next job in our online job bank
and others, suggest solutions to overcome barriers, offer words of
encouragement and work with you every step of the way to your next

Our placement and re-employment specialists will
invite you to special events and offer VIP access and early
admission to hiring events.
Paid Internship Programs
We’ll connect you to programs you may qualify for and don’t
even know about, like our paid and unpaid work experience programs
