One Employer’s Story – In-House Recruitment and Hospitality Staff™
Matching job seekers to employers is nothing new to Laurie Petry, office manager with Hospitality Staff. This full-service staffing agency matches candidates to positions in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, convention centers, theme parks, restaurants and airports.
On average, Hospitality Staff must help fill 100 positions a month. This is a huge task, so Laurie turns to WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA (WCF) for assistance.
Every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon, she holds a WCF In-House Recruitment at the Osceola Office. This allows her direct access to the area’s largest pool of talent, to gather resumes from walker-bys, to meet and interview candidates in the WCF office in a private meeting room, and to take advantage of advertising the event throughout all WCF offices and Web site.
