Get Connected to No-Cost Help

Do you need added manpower to relieve staffing shortages and to make your organization more productive and profitable?

WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA (WCF) has launched the Re-Employment Connection, an employment program funded by $4 million in stimulus funds under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act that will pay the wages of 700 adults ages 22 and up to work with local employers for 12 weeks. Yes, WCF will pay the wages of the workers in the program, who may work up to 40 hours a week at $10 per hour and work for 12 weeks. While this program benefits local employers in this tough economic time, it will also develop the participants' skills and increase their work experience while rebuilding Central Florida's stagnant economy as those unemployed adults return to work. WCF is searching for non-profit and government organizations, as well as for-profit companies in healthcare, STEM (science, technology, engineering and math), green industries/jobs and emerging companies to take advantage of this program If you would like to learn more or apply, please visit www.WorkforceCentralFlorida.com/ReEmploymentConnection
