The Virtual Job Fair is a week-long, 24/7, online recruiting event for showcasing your jobs to job seekers with only a small investment of your time.

How the Virtual Job Fair works

From the privacy and convenience of your own computer:

  1. Sign up for a Virtual Job Fair booth
  2. Follow instructions to set up your booth and post your jobs
  3. WCF will aggressively promote the fair to job candidates throughout our five offices.
  4. During the week-long event, candidates can review job listings and post their resumes at www.WorkforceCentralFlorida.com/jobfair

How to get involved

If you are interested in signing up for a booth, visit this page. The fee for the basic Virtual Job Fair package has been waived for this event. Your package includes:

  1. Virtual booth with space for your company logo
  2. Unlimited job postings
  3. Ability to place your company profile
  4. Electronic copy of resumes collected at the conclusion of the event
  5. Customer and technical support (during normal business hours)

If you’re looking for extra attention for your open positions, consider a featured booth

For an investment of only $300 your company has the opportunity to have a featured booth. The benefits of a featured booth include:

  1. Being one of four featured employers
  2. Your logo on the Virtual Job Fair home page for increased visibility
  3. Direct link from the home page to your job listings
  4. Logo throughout the pages of the Virtual Job Fair site

In-House Recruitment Event

 
Recruit and interview at several types of WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA hiring events; job fairs held throughout the community; the Virtual Job Fair, a 24-hour a day online recruiting event; or an In-House Recruitment, a special event held just for your company at WCF offices that includes advertising to candidates in WCF offices and online, office space for private interviews and WCF staff assistance. Or, WCF can bring our Mobile Unit to your office to provide extra space for large recruitment events.
