Connection Program through Workforce Central Florida (WCF). Given
the overwhelming response from employers within our region wanting
to assist in providing training to our region’s workforce, we must
consider each application on a first come, first served basis.
Hiring events will be occurring each quarter throughout the year,
and our most recent events have reached capacity for the five
counties we serve. If and when cancellations occur, we will reach
out to REC applicants to see if you are still interested in
attending the event as a replacement.

to the Community Service Work Experience (CSWE) program. If you
agreed to consider this program, which operates on a continual

Re-Employment Connection program, an employment program that
provides employability skills and work experience for adults,
ages 18 and up.
It’s a win, win situation – WCF will make the employee/employer
connections and write the payroll checks. Each of the participants
selected will make $12 per hour and will work up to 40 hours per
week for 8 weeks.Our next events will be in April 2013. Employers
will also be able to participate in Community Work Experience. WCF
will accept a limited number of job seeker participants for each
track based on a first come, first served basis.
Employers must be located in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake or
Sumter counties and cannot have laid off employees within the last
