Kevin Neal, Interim Executive Director
Kevin Neal was appointed to serve as the Interim Executive
Director of WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA beginning October 3, 2011.
Kevin also currently serves as the Assistant Director for Workforce
Services at the Department of Economic Opportunity. Kevin served
for more than three years as the Director of Workforce Services
under the former Agency for Workforce Innovation. Kevin has also
held numerous positions within state government, including
senior-level positions at the Department of Environmental
Protection, the Public Service Commission, and the Department of
Agriculture and Consumer Services. Kevin also served as the
Legislative Director for former Governor Jeb Bush, and worked in
other legislative positions for Associated Industries of Florida,
the Agency for Health Care Administration, and the Florida House of
Representatives. A graduate of Florida A&M University, Kevin
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with
a minor in Accounting. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from Florida
State University and is a member of the Florida Bar.
